Even though Nana's house was full of people (to the brim) the 6 of us had some time on our own. We rode bikes several mornings. My favorite ride is always to the inlet, which we did Sunday morning.

It's hard to believe we've been making this trip together for 13 years.
We ate WAY TOO MUCH ice cream while we were gone (if there is such a thing). 
We also went to a nearby zoo one morning, just the 6 of us.
It's not a huge zoo, but it's very lovely and nice to visit. We saw the whole thing in about an hour. Perhaps if they read the signs and tried to learn something it would take longer ;)
The main attraction right now is a baby giraffe born in March.

so many fun memories as a family!!! we shared a room for a week, too! it was totally fine! kinda makes me want to live in a shack...
