Where's Marvin?
Owen stepped off the bus yesterday with a surprise. It was his turn to bring home the class pet for the weekend. Boy was I excited. This means homework :( He has to write (or I write) what he and Marvin did this weekend and draw a picture or take a photo. They have been busy!
While I am thankful that Marvin is just a stuffed animal, I can't help but think where this monkey has been this flu season. Trying not to care!

marvin might be even cooler than "benny bunny" who went home with my students...looks like he has had quite a fun weekend with the fogarty fam! how could you not?!!? :)
