So Far...

So good.
Ran an errand this morning.
I managed a little nap. Amazing!
Almost missed the bus. Pulled up right behind it. Phew!
Now for the busiest part of our day.

Take Me Out...

to the ball game. My first T-ball game. (These 1sts are still not getting old)

Owen likes to be last up to bat b/c then he gets to run all the bases at once.

The rules are much different than baseball. Each player gets to run to first base no matter how they hit the ball. And they can only run one base per play. So, the last one at bat brings all the players home. Much more exciting!

There is so much waiting in T-Ball, yet the boys don't seem to mind.

Family Picnic

Everyone was healthy this weekend. Hooray! We packed a picnic lunch, played on the playground and played a little T-ball (the current sport of choice). There are a lot of "games" in my future. Thank goodness I hung out with my cousins growing up, they were like the brothers I never had. They taught me a thing of two. Assuming I can remember. After all, I have to convince Owen that girls can play too :)

Extra Hands

6 Hands are better than 4. Come Monday I lose my set of extra hands. It has been so helpful having Mim here to help juggle the toughest hours of my day; getting Owen from the bus, meal times and bed times. EJ had to put in some extra hours at work this week so her visit was good timing.
